Although Marin enjoyed this Christmas much more than last, it wasn't without it's challenges. In all the excitement of new toys and company she slipped and fell and busted her lip pretty badly. There was quite a bit of blood (any amount is too much for me) and lots of tears. She recovered emotionally very quickly but the fat lip remained for all of our family gatherings. It's always nice when you have to visit a bunch of relatives and your child looks battered. : )
